Our prices include breakfast, facilities, towels and bed linen and tax(IVA).
The price is € 89 per room per night
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 4 p.m. But if you arrive early to our B&B you can make use of the facilities.
On the day of departure we aks you to leave the room no later than 12 o'clock in the afternoon. If you want to spend that day at our B&B that is no problem.

You can park your car for free on site and there is free WiFi around our finca

Our rooms are non-smoking
If you want to do your laundry the costs are € 7.50 per wash
Pool towels can be rented for € 5,00 per towel.
Pets are not allowed
It's not allowed to prepare your own drinks and food in our kitchen and/or to eat in the common areas
Costs incurred locally will be paid upon departure
Once you have booked a room we charge 30% of the total amount and you pay the remaining amount on arrival. If you cancel your stay with us at least 1 month before arrival, you will receive the down payment back. If you cancel later, you will not receive the down payment back.
For a booking up to one week before arrival we charge the total amount. If you cancel you receive 50% of the payment back.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or late arrival, we are obliged to charge the total amount.
We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.
